Ticket in my wallet

I stupidly deleted my Portsmouth ticket from my wallet and cannot re download to my wallet from my account. Please help

Have you still got the email that was sent at the start of the season as that should still work

 

if downloading from the site have you clicked and made sure the checkbox is ticked next to the Download box like in my screenshot. 
 

if all that fails the last option would be get to the ground early and speak to the ticket office outside near the shop to get it sorted

Apparently they’ve added a one time download to the link, I had the same issue, had a new phone and I couldn’t download the ticket. I had to go to the ticket office and they reset the link.

Also, for the OP, I also deleted mine before the first game of the season, only way to rectify it was to go to the ticket office, super quick process for them to sort but still a ballache.

I got the ticket up in the wallet on my phone and refreshed the page by swiping down on the screen
