Just an observation on the VSC outcry, it’s typical British media to demand a rule change because it affected Norris this time, but they didn’t mind in Spain when it massively benefited Hamilton.

If it was Max who lost out to a British driver, they would be calling it a “tactical masterclass” by the latter.

Madness .

And 10 sprints .

At least Monza , Silverstone and Interlagos  are sprint races as they’re the best tracks for racing on the calendar.

Monaco though is down right stupid

A return for Yuki Tsunoda ?

Hopefully Camara gets it.

Yuki barely did anything of note for 5 years. There’s great young drivers coming through, so if the likes of Alonso and Hamilton are staying until they’re 50 we need to bin off some of the mediocre drivers (Ocon, Tsunoda, Albon, Hulk etc), otherwise the next few years of F2 and F3 will become pointless.

As it looks at the moment, a rookie in the Haas seat would be the only driver change which is pretty dull in itself.

Reminder they've brought everything forward a day as it's a national holiday on Sunday (great work booking the race for that weekend F1 you cretins).

Qualy 1pm Fri and race noon Sat.

How long is it taking Antonelli to get to the front this week ?

It was an amazing race for him in Monza, but a red flag and a safety car made that result for him.

That said, he's defo on the podium.

Is it just me, or has it been a really weird feeling season - just really incoherent and “soulless”?

Dunno if I’m explaining it properly, but it’s just been a bit odd - not engaging as it has been previously.

I think a lot of people haven’t enjoyed the new regs and manufactured racing .
