Imagine Wednesday are only sacking Pedersen now because Challinor is ready , probably been in the works for a while so sacking him 8th, 1st doesn't matter, was always going to be the case the same way we were always going to sign Martin at some point.

 

Same way it's nailed on our nest manager is Hourihane.

It’s called being proactive. They’ve realised even with a worse squad than us that it’s unacceptable to be losing games like that at this level. 
 

Followers of Martin’s ideology are so gaslighted into believing you need a period of losing games to teams with 1% of our resources and then this magical click happens and all those labouring side to side balls become wave after wave of Barcelona style passing patterns that no one can possibly defend against.
 

The fact some still harp back to him scraping the play offs with a Southampton team with a squad value that dwarfed the league just behind ours is even funnier. Not to mention he got tonked 5-0 twice that season amongst other humiliating defeats. 
 

Rangers not beating teams under him in the SPL should have been the end of him and the end of this hideous philosophy.
