Cobbo Posted 18 January 2006 Posted 18 January 2006 Katy and me were in town doing various bits and pieces today. And who should we see walking down Gallowtree Gate but the infamous Jamie Scowcroft All on his tod just walking round. We managed to resist the Austin Powers moley moley moley...just! What a hero, I know Mr C will be jealous. Ah what we'd do for his pacey, creative wing play at the moment

Muz Posted 18 January 2006 Posted 18 January 2006 Scowcroft or de Vries? Both shit , but I'd choose Slowscroft.
Mark Posted 18 January 2006 Posted 18 January 2006 De Vries, of all the donkeys we've had, James Scowcroft was one step too far. He did start off well mind, but he sure was painful to watch after the first season.
Cobbo Posted 18 January 2006 Author Posted 18 January 2006 did you say hello to him??? give him a Afraid not as one of us would have had a turets stylee 'moley moley moley' moment
Milky Posted 18 January 2006 Posted 18 January 2006 at least de vries isn't on 20k or so a week, and at least de vries didn't cost us £3,000,000. scowcroft was one of the worst signings ever, he really didn't offer much at all, when he played on the right, he did o.k at heading the balls that were lumped up to him, but he did very little else. then when he was finally given a go up front like i wanted him too, he was still a pile of shite.
Cat Burger Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 You should've chopped it off and cut it up and made some GuacaMOLEy.
FNQ Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 Scowcroft did a great job for us. We would not have been promoted without him. Show him some respect.
Milky Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 Scowcroft did a great job for us. We would not have been promoted without him. Show him some respect. you could equally argue, we would not have been relegated from the premiership without him in the 1st place.
FNQ Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 you could equally argue, we would not have been relegated from the premiership without him in the 1st place. I'd like to see you try.
Cat Burger Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 I'd like to see you try. I think he means the 3 mil should've been spent on someone better?
Cobbo Posted 19 January 2006 Author Posted 19 January 2006 Mr Foxes Never Quit, your defence of Micky and his selections is never ending I'm sure Scowy would have got some undue attention if you saw him in town ay
Katy Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 I actually think hes a nice bloke and part of Leicesters history whether we like it or not, he just looked dead 'normal' when you compare him with seeing Robbie Savage up town for example TW@T! Bless Scowy though he obviously still lives in Leicester and has no mates
Babylon Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 We would not have been promoted without him. Show him some respect. Prove it.... oh you can't.

Savvo > Scowy. Savvo put in a lot more hard work and graft for the club. You can bemoan his antics all you want, but he'll go down alongside Muz in my book as one of the best, hard-working, premiership quality midfielders we've had in the last couple of decades. Scowy was just shit, mates.

Scowy was just shit, mates. I wasnt actually refering to footballing prowess. I was refering to Savage being a total **** and acting the big I AM around town and Scowy who was just wandering around minding his own business. MATES

Milky Posted 19 January 2006 Posted 19 January 2006 I saw him in tescos on his own a couple of weeks ago.loner so, if someone is walking around on there own, they automatically become a loner? i feel sorry for you people, i bet you are the sort of people who are scared to be seen on there own aren't you, so insecure.
