Matt Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 Any Good? I've heard people go on about how good it is before, i've never really got into it or listened to any reviews of it before, infact I don't even know what its about (I think its something going on over a time scale of 24 hours, what that something is I ain't got a clue) anyway a New Series starts on Sky One tonight and was wondering if it was worth watching, or even if I could get into it, have I missed too much of the previous series to understand whats going on?

Watch it!!! The last series was the first one I had watched, I thought it was brilliant. Don't miss an episode though, if you do it you won't know what the hell is going on!!

Babylon Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 Ok, I'll give it a try I think. If you can just give me some idea of what its about. whats going on, e.t.c. Jack Bower is the main character, he is an agent for anti terrorist unit. Or was, in the last series he had to pretend he died (long story). So now he has gone "off radar"... that's where this series picks up. It's a new story each series so you haven't missed anything you need to know about.

Anish Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 It is absolutely brilliant. I've seen all 4 series so far and have downloaded the 1st 7 episodes of the new series, but haven't got round to watching them yet, but it'll be worth it.
Matt Posted 12 February 2006 Author Posted 12 February 2006 I'm on the PC aswell which is probably part my problem, but I don't really understand it...

Fox You Forest Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 Two hour special on tonight on Sky One at 10pm filling in the gap between the last series and the start of the new one.
James. Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 Will get that off mininova. Cheers for letting us know. Have watched seasons 2-6. Started season 1 but can't quite get into it as I pretty much know what's going to happen and it all looks a bit old after watching the others.
JoeyB Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 24 is god! takes a bit of getting into but its great, have boxsets 2 & 6 if you want to borrow them. possibly 4 & 3
FilboFox Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 24 is probably the best series out there... it's INCREDIBLE! I've watched every series so far and cannot wait for the new one!!! Although I don't have Sky so I'm going to have to wait for when I get it on DVD!
purpleronnie Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 Never watched an episode but might buy the boxset looks pretty good.
James. Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 I'm not afraid to admit that I may have shed a tear when Edgar died.
Fox You Forest Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 I'm not afraid to admit that I may have shed a tear when Edgar died. Never saw it coming which made it much better.
syston_fox Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 I'm not afraid to admit that I may have shed a tear when Edgar died. It broke my little heart! It was so out the blue as well.
Guest seanfox778 Posted 24 November 2008 Posted 24 November 2008 My favourite tv show by a mile, i bought the season 1-6 boxset when i was halfway through season one, i'm currently re-watching them now, i'm at season 4. Don't have sky so my uncle is recording it. The best season is 3.
