I'm going to be hated for this - but where can I get the best odds on Germany to lift the World Cup? I want them as a small bet to cover a few other bets I'm having but best I can find is 9/1 which I think is too short.

No it certainly wasn't worth an e/w bet. I wasn't on e/w though. Having said that, if I was on e/w at least I'd have some return.
