filbertway Posted 2 August 2007 Author Posted 2 August 2007 Well a year and 3/4 months on. I never did go to that london gig, but have got tickets for the gig at the Charlotte, nice Anyone else heard of/like these? New album and singles coming out in september, can't wait for them I'm starting to type like thrac.
The People's Hero Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 Their name reminds me of a 90's band I used to hate, but can't remember. I don't mind these particular folks - but they just suffer from NOT being the Arctic Monkeys.
Dr The Singh Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 yep awsomeCheshire cat smile is brill as well - hope to hear some new stuff soon Who the Bhangra Rapper, he's cool!!!!
Kent Fox Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 Know 'em quite well, actually. A friend of ours goes out with their lighting man. They are good but cannot get a break into a decent record deal. I'm no expert but I reckon they'll breakthrough big-time eventually.
Filbert_Ross Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 think im taking her in indoors to the charlotte gig.
filbertway Posted 2 August 2007 Author Posted 2 August 2007 I know of these, thanks to Damo surprisingly. If you want to go further back it's all down to W E L L M A N You realy need tot ake that "W ELLMAN=roger" thing off mark
Leonisco Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 I've not heard much of their work but what I have heard is pretty good. Not sure if they'll break through, though.

Lineker's Left Foot Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Good name for the band and a good character in Last of the Summer Wine too !!... "Crusher" Milburn (Jonathan Linsley: 1985-1987) Ivy's giant, lumbering and very strong nephew, although bearing a striking resemblance to Sid. He helped Ivy out in the cafe for a few years after Sid died. His real name was Milburn, but insisted on being called "Crusher", was influenced by the Rock & Rollers of the 1950s and was into heavy metal music. Well meaning but not overly bright, he was rather easily led. Crusher was first seen in the touring stage show before being introduced into the series. [edit] Howard Sibshaw
Floating Fox Posted 12 August 2007 Posted 12 August 2007 Damo, your making me like these more & more....17 is actually a full on genius song
