Or alternatively sing Leicester songs at the top of your voice through the high streets. Also visit hooters near trent bridge for some good visual entertainment, beer and food

I used to work in Notts and had to catch the train in everyday, had to walk past the Magistrates Court next to the river to get to work *shudders* AVOID! I guess the Walkabout in Canal Wharf is barely ok (if it's still there)

I used to work in Notts and had to catch the train in everyday, had to walk past the Magistrates Court next to the river to get to work *shudders* AVOID! I guess the Walkabout in Canal Wharf is barely ok (if it's still there) I once spent a very drunken 8 hours in Walkabout in Nottingham dressed as a lion. I had a great evening, but some saucy mare stole my lion-feet.
Ultra Posted 15 May 2006 Posted 15 May 2006 There are some half-decent ale houses in that town, as well as many dodgy ones. The best ones are the FMC (a brew pub) and the Vat and Fiddle. If you stay in those you won't go far wrong.
