Errr... Naughty Arsenal!

It's not just The Arse that are worried a lot of Premier League clubs have set aside funds to offset the fines they are expecting.

Newcastle alone have put £500000 aside!

It's point deductions that will put a stop to all this nonsense but yet again the powers that be are afraid of costly legal action and will yet again bottle it.

Relegate the lot of them like they did with Swindon. Oh hang on when Spurs did the same thing they got a points deduction.

It'll be the usual whitewash as you say.

Too right mate. Don't know why anyone even pretends otherwise.

Spurs were actually relegated if I remember rightly, but threat of legal action by Alan Sugar and the fact that some Spurs bigwigs are well in at the FA it was reduced to a points deduction and fine on appeal.

I must have been wrong about the relegation a snippet from wikipedia

They had just been punished for financial irregularities committed during the late 1980's: with a 1-year FA Cup ban, £600,000 fine and 12 league points deducted. The punishment was later amended to a £1.5million fine and 6 points deducted but the FA Cup ban and points deduction were later quashed.

Also see Alan Shearer kicking Neil Lennon in face, being hauled up and disciplined by FA then throwing his toys out of the pram and threatening never to play for England again. FA back down. Sure he was a good player, but where's your spine?

And the bastards call us cheats when we are FORCED into administration by the evil duo Hall & Wise.

Indeed. Even if the gooners are found guilty David Dein will make sure that they get nothing more than a tap on the wrist.

Doubt anything will happen anyway, but IF () anything does happen it'll be the same senario with Dein being in with the F.A.

Anyone think its slightly bias or unfair with people involved with certain clubs also involved with the F.A?:rolleyes:

What with Lord Stevens preliminary report about iffy transfers it sounds as if the the game game is awash with corruption. It seems there really is no limit to people's greed and their unbridled willingness to bleed the football of everything they possibly can. What about a big party at Dorneywood for football managers, directors, agents etc?. They seem to deserve each other.:whistle:

I can't get rid of the suspicion that this is a mucky story thrown out just to rubbish Deins campaign to be re-elected as one of the three Premier League reps on the FA. No smoke without water and all that...but the timing is impecable as far as mud-slinging goes. What disgusts me most is the news that he will probably be re-elected anyway.

I used to joke that a teacher could only get sacked if caught injecting heroin in class or taking one of the kids up the arse during assembly.

It now seems as though everyone (apart from me) gets to keep their job no matter what naughtiness they've been up to...unless it is put to a phone vote.

Well, it worked then!
