Daggers Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 What is your favourite cheese? I like a good mature nutty cheddar, me.
The People's Hero Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 English Cheddar, French Bread, Chilean Merlot. Believe that about does it.

The People's Hero Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 Cheese and port - now you've raised the stakes. I usually keep them separate but I'm game if you are Holly!
Phube Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 Mmmm... a proper extra mature Stilton from Colston Basset. With a fine Dow's/Taylor's/Graham's 1996 or 2000 L.B.V. Port....

The People's Hero Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 You know what they say... One swallow doesn't make a summer, but it can make a decent night in.

The People's Hero Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 Is that your face when you're wanting to spit but Cobbo's chanting 'swallow, swallow, swallow'? I'm such a rogue. But so funny with it.
Alexikokopops Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 Mexicana cheese. Cheese with chillis in, it's possibly the greatest thing ever. Especially melted on toast.
Daggers Posted 18 July 2006 Author Posted 18 July 2006 I dont like cheese :pinch: Shut-up! No one doesn't like cheese. I can not believe you and cheese don't get on. I'd give up anything from my food cupboards but just leave me with cheese. On Desert Island Disks I would just take wheels of cheese.
holly Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 Babybel that aint real cheese but thinking of babybell edam is dam good 2

Nationwider Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 Stilton. And lots of it. Down my food tunnel super-fast with crackers and some celery. And beer too. Rich, creamy beer. We need a smiley that expresses deliciousness!
Dellyjo Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 Only James could drag a thread about cheese down to gutter level! I like stilton in a sauce but not on it's own. Mature chedder with chilli & chips - mmmm.

Mature chedder with chilli & chips - mmmm. Mushrooms encased in stilton, rolled in crumbs and deep fried. Chips with tabasco splattered all over and cheddar grated over the top Pizza Yummy!
Deathside Posted 19 July 2006 Posted 19 July 2006 Mozarella - Sliced, arranged in a nice pattern, sprinkled with freshly ground rock salt, black pepper and some of that garlic and chilli in a grinder stuff, a drizzle of olive oil and a leaf of fresh basil - Goes particularly well with a glass of Bombay Saphire, chilled tonic, a chunk of lemon,a chunk of lime and a stirring stick Or just some plain old vegetarian Emmental - Straight of the wedge Bástard - now you've made me hungry
