syston_fox Posted 24 September 2006 Posted 24 September 2006 24 Season 3: 8/10 24 Season 4: 7/10 Prison Break: 9/10 Only 8 for 24 season 3? That was a masterpiece and deserved AT LEAST TEN out of 10!
Mark Posted 24 September 2006 Author Posted 24 September 2006 Only 8 for 24 season 3? That was a masterpiece and deserved AT LEAST TEN out of 10! I rated it based on the fact I rated Seasons 1 & 2 both 10/10, overall I felt a little let down by it but it was still a great watch. Just not a patch on first two seasons in my opinion

Mark Posted 24 September 2006 Author Posted 24 September 2006 Is it that good? Haven't watched an episode yet so may have to buy the dvd's! Unless somebody would like to burn a copy off for me I hadn't watched an episode until a couple of months ago either. I took the plunge and bought Season 1 after reading some rave reviews about it, let's just say after a couple of episodes I soon decided to buy the other 3 Seasons on DVD.

Bert Posted 24 September 2006 Posted 24 September 2006 Friends Series 8: 9/10 Friends Series 9: 7/10 Friends Series 10: 8/10
syston_fox Posted 24 September 2006 Posted 24 September 2006 I rated it based on the fact I rated Seasons 1 & 2 both 10/10, overall I felt a little let down by it but it was still a great watch. Just not a patch on first two seasons in my opinion Series one was brilliant, but series three was just immense! The end was just incredibly tense and I remember planning to just watch one episode before getting some sleep and ended up still awake at 5am hooked on it. By far the best series to date in my view. Series 5 in case you havent seen it yet was possibly the weakest in my opinion but that could have something to do with the fact that it was the first series that I had to watch one episode a week having only gotten into it about a year ago. Its still great but when you have to wait 7 days for the next installment you just find yourself getting really annoyed by it all!

Louise Posted 5 October 2006 Posted 5 October 2006 Firefly 10/10 Alias S4 6/10 Arrested Development S1 8/10
Fez of Mahrez Posted 6 October 2006 Posted 6 October 2006 Arrested Development is just brilliant. "Attorney...Bob Loblaw."
Benji Posted 6 October 2006 Posted 6 October 2006 Lost season 1 - 10/10 Lost season 2 - 8/10 Family guy season 4 - 8/10
Finnegan Posted 6 October 2006 Posted 6 October 2006 Just got American Dad for £10 at Fopp (1p more than Virgin!) It's fooking brilliant! 8.5, I'd say. Easily better than some of the later series' of Family Guy and leagues ahead, IMO, of the Simpsons. I've not seen all of Arrested Developement, watching it on TV at the mo and will probably buy it later, it's fooking brilliant. Shameless series 1 & 2 I re-watched pretty recently, too, and they both get 9.5 respectively. fooking love that program.

Arrested Development and Shameless are my two favourite ongoing TV programmes. Unfortunately Arrested Development has now been cancelled in the States so the current (third) series airing on BBC2 is the last.
Finnegan Posted 6 October 2006 Posted 6 October 2006 Not nescersarily an awfully bad thing. It's disappointing, but some series' do go on too far.
