lol I've though about using that saying on here a couple of times RE Hammond and Nisse but always thought better of it.

Didn't think the PC crowd would approve.

Could'nt put it better myself! If he could just get the ball under control he could be a good player for us.He's got pace, put's himself about abit, but he needs to sort out his attitude.

He can never be a good player for us, he's just crap and there's not lot he can do about it.

Just as long as you don't compare me to Chris O'Grady, despite our striking resemblance (i.e. we're both shit at scoring unless it's laid on a plate).

Matty......need's better service than being hoofed balls up.

hume......runs down the wings alot but rarely gets in a postition to score

o'grady....see above.

Think we're pretty much screwed!

Worry not. Kisnorbo is back from his ban soon. He'll score enough goals for us from set plays to lift us out of trouble.

Seriously though, the strikers would score more goals if our side played a bit more attacking football and they were given decent service by a midfield that should definitely be capable in this league.

Thing is we've not got much of a midfield.I was talking to a baggys fan before the wba match and he said what i thought about johnson"He trys, but his legs a'int there and the passes go every where!"Think he lied about the trys!Hughes i'm slowly putting in the same bracket as williams, low is a league 1 winger.wesslowski is too young to take all the responsibility from williams and hughes, tiato gets booked every game.So to go back to another post i put in.I think we're screwed! :o

Whoah I'm suprised I got agreement from you lol 'cos you normally like to disagree with people.

It's just pretty obvious that to escape this league and take it by storm, you need to play attacking football (i.e. Reading and Sunderland in recent years). If you don't attack then you will not score many goals, and so will not escape this league.

Attacking football would also force teams to make mistakes against us and be intimidated of us, and so would help us in the long run.

Not to mention the fact that it'd bring fans back into the ground, 'cos it's what they want to see and would actually enjoy it. This in turn would lead to an increase in interest and revenue for our side.

The knock-on effects of playing attacking football are quite huge for us atm, and it is such a simple solution to our problems that most fans can see it. So why can't the men in charge with all their knowledge and experience see it?

i'm all for attacking football, but at the moment we dont have the side to play it.Playing the ball a bit quicker than 2 miles an hour would be a start!
