Master Fox Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Frustrated Elvis There's a thread on this already
The People's Hero Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Excerpt... "Some players take a different route when they are not in the team and air their thoughts, but I'm not one to do that," he said. Erm... right Elvis.
Dr The Singh Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Excerpt... "Some players take a different route when they are not in the team and air their thoughts, but I'm not one to do that," he said. Erm... right Elvis. He's a tit isn't he!!!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 I'd have a lot more respect for him if he'd have said; We're caught in a trap I can't walk out Because I love you too much baby Why can't you see What you're doing to me When you don't believe a word I say? We can't go on together With suspicious minds And we can't build our dreams On suspicious minds So, if an old friend I know Drops by to say hello Would I still see suspicion in your eyes? Here we go again Asking where I've been You cant see these tears are real I'm crying We can't go on together With suspicious minds And we can't build our dreams On suspicious minds Oh let our love survive Or dry the tears from your eyes Lets don't let a good thing die When honey, you know I've never lied to you Mmm yeah, yeah

Also.. I was just read the article on that site re: Matty Piper. An excerpt reads "The operation was carried out by Richard Steadman, the knee specialist who has also treated Michael Owen and Alan Shearer." It took a few reads because the the first couple of times I read in disbelief that our young right back had been trusted to carry out surgery!
lookwhaticando Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Yeah - me too! Also.. I was just read the article on that site re: Matty Piper. It took a few reads because the the first couple of times I read in disbelief that our young right back had been trusted to carry out surgery! Not heard of him before then? His name has surfaced about 2,000 times in the past year for one reason or another. Or is it a case of confusion by association?
Dr The Singh Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Yeah - me too! Also.. I was just read the article on that site re: Matty Piper. This should relate to the 'election' thread in general............ Cus NHS waiting lists were so long, a city player had to do the op........blame Labour!!!

Actually my respect for Elvis just dropped from zero to 'get him out of our club'.
Master Fox Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Actually my respect for Elvis just dropped from zero to 'get him out of our club'. I agree with this 100%
Manwell Pablo Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 He's going to rip brum apart tomorrow, and do a little dance when he scores. It will be known as the Elvis.

Master Fox Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 He's all shook up Now you're beginning to sound like birch. Elvis has gone beyond just being a cheesy joke.
Dr The Singh Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Now you're beginning to sound like birch. Elvis has gone beyond just being a cheesy joke. When???
Master Fox Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 When??? Today when he over stepped the mark. He needs to be thrown out with immediate effect.
Dr The Singh Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Today when he over stepped the mark. He needs to be thrown out with immediate effect. But we maybe a striker short, can't we throw him out after the game!!!!
Matt Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Only they can change it. And this goes for all the players, I'm sick of hearing the players after the match "We really do want to win, for the fans, for ourselves, i'm sure the win will come soon" I don't want hear the bullshit, just show us, if the players are so sure the win will come don't say it, show it! Its goes the same with players coming out and saying "I'm so fustrated i'm not playing" its only the players who can change it, if your pushing yourself as much as you can and still not getting picked for the team your obviously not good enough or pushing yourself hard enough. Not point in trying to get the sypathy vote because i'm sick of the players coming out and telling all this bullshit. I wish the players would stop feeling sorry for themselves and get abit tougher and sort it out on the field not doing interviews moaning and promising things that are there fault and only they can change!
Master Fox Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 But we maybe a striker short, can't we throw him out after the game!!!! No now, he should be kicked through the backdoor using an oversized novelty boot
Dr The Singh Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 No now, he should be kicked through the backdoor using an oversized novelty boot You know best MF, you can borrow my novelty curl up slippers if you like!!!!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 I think we should turbanate his contract.

Dr The Singh Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 I think we should turbanate his contract. Isn't that abit exteme, couldn't we just turbanate Elvis, who knows it might make him a better player
Dr The Singh Posted 29 September 2006 Posted 29 September 2006 Thanks for the offer, if I borrow those slippers I might be reluctant to ever return them to you though. Don't worry i have a spare pair!!
