Finnegan Posted 12 October 2006 Posted 12 October 2006 Alternatively, you lost to one of the few teams that are as consistently predictably average at major tournaments than you to two pathetic own goals, having turned out a dire and uninspired performance. Meanwhile, our under 21s beat the team that just slammed five past Duff, Keane, Kilbane and co. I have no dellusions of grandeur, we're in a poor state. But by the powers you boys are a load of toss n'all.

Knighton Matt Posted 12 October 2006 Posted 12 October 2006 I was gonna do Cystitis next but I advise you DON'T try a Google Image Search on that baby!
SydneyFC Posted 13 October 2006 Posted 13 October 2006 I creamed my pants big time when Robinson missed that backpass.
Dr The Singh Posted 13 October 2006 Posted 13 October 2006 Haha. Hahaha. Hahahaha. Haha. Hahahaha. Haha. Que your "blah blah at least we qualified for the world cup" speeches, boys, I'm currently grinning ear to ear. Not really 'cos you lost, but because the moan in on 606 was finally full of the REAL answer: "Perhaps we're just not good enough..." Maybe... maybe. I've always been honest, and said the hype always get's in the way of England, on the world stage, England are in a bracket with many clubs, this result just proves it, and maybe know people will begin to smell the gravy!!!

Don't suggest that to TPH & KM
Dr The Singh Posted 13 October 2006 Posted 13 October 2006 Don't suggest that to TPH & KM Truth is sometimes painful, i don't blame them for living in a distorted realm of reality when it comes to footy, with city being so poo, it's far more attractive to believe in England, I may do the same!!!!
The People's Hero Posted 13 October 2006 Posted 13 October 2006 I personally think England are overrated and always have done. We don't have many world class players and we certainly don't play tactics/system to suit them. In addition to this, our managers seems to lack any tactical nous or the ability to motivate their players. You shouldn't even need to motivate a player once he's pulled on the England shirt. What has happened to professional pride. They should all be ashamed of themselves, the whole fu cking lot of em.
