Stevosevic Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Gk: Cech Df: Terry Mid: Ronaldinho Fc: Henry With Ronaldinho being the best of course agreed, apart from Terry its got to be Cannavaro
Joe. Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 agreed, apart from Terry its got to be Cannavaro I did think that, but then changed my mind. JT is better I reckon.
lildave3 Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 agreed, apart from Terry its got to be Cannavaro I think you get everything from Terry, passion, bravery, commitment, knows where he's meant to be, great leader, socres goals aswell, reads game very well. Plus he has the youth on his side against Cannavaro. Don't get me wrong, they're both great defenders, i would just rather have JT.

TrickyTrev Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Buffon (by miles), Terry (Rio, Nesta and Cannavarro not far behind) Ronaldinho (pretty poor world standard for creative midfield players atm, few years ago there was Rivaldo, Zidane and Rui Costa all at their peak) and Henry (no others contenders, Fatty used to be but err got Fat)
shen Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Buffon (by miles), Terry (Rio, Nesta and Cannavarro not far behind) Ronaldinho (pretty poor world standard for creative midfield players atm, few years ago there was Rivaldo, Zidane and Rui Costa all at their peak) and Henry (no others contenders, Fatty used to be but err got Fat) You might be right. The elite at the moment off the top of my head would be Diego, Riquelme, Ballack, Messi and maybe Pirlo And Shevchenko, despite his poor start to his Chelsea career, still deserves to be considered. As does Eto'o...
lildave3 Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 You might be right. The elite at the moment off the top of my head would be Diego, Riquelme, Ballack, Messi and maybe Pirlo And Shevchenko, despite his poor start to his Chelsea career, still deserves to be considered. As does Eto'o... Eto'o i think is the closest to Henry, won't be long before David Villa is climbing up there soon though
shen Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Eto'o i think is the closest to Henry, won't be long before David Villa is climbing up there soon though I don't believe he possesses the raw talent that the likes of El Niño (Torres), Rooney, Tevez or Agüero do...
lildave3 Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 I don't believe he possesses the raw talent that the likes of El Niño (Torres), Rooney, Tevez or Agüero do... Aguero does look like he will be a huge star, still only young aswell isn't he?
shen Posted 28 November 2006 Posted 28 November 2006 Aguero does look like he will be a huge star, still only young aswell isn't he? indeed 17/18 years of age only...
Manwell Pablo Posted 28 November 2006 Posted 28 November 2006 I don't believe he possesses the raw talent that the likes of El Niño (Torres), Rooney, Tevez or Agüero do... Villa is the boy. He has the talent and a better goal scoreing record at top level than those you've mentioned As long as he doesn't do anything stupid like sign for Chelsea he will be one of the best strikers in the world.
