lildave3 Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 What a stupid signing that would be. They have all the money they want to buy anyone they want, so they go for Baros.
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 What a stupid signing that would be. They have all the money they want to buy anyone they want, so they go for Baros. I reckon it shows Roman has had enough. obviously moneys tight If there after a striker like that they may as well sign Cristano Lucarlli from Livorno, at least he scores goals.
Jay Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 if they can get the Milan Baros that Plays for the Czech republic and scores for fun and was the leading scorer then they will have an excellent player on their books!! IF they sign the same player that at Villa hasn't given a sh it for a couple of seasons because he is expected to put some effort in then they will have purchased a Turkey!!
JoeyB Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 i read somewhere that the only reason chelsea want him is beacuse he knows the premiership and defenders weaknesses imho they would be better going for viduka
Finnegan Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 Always rated Baros and always will. If he finds a manager who understands and can get the best from him he'll do well.
Brummie-FOX Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 You can tell they're getting desperate. I don’t think Jermain Defoe will get into the Chelsea side, but apparently they’re interested in him. Just look at Shaun Wright Phillips, Jermain. Choose carefully
The People's Hero Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 I always rated Crespo and he seemed to do a decent job for them. That said, do they really need anyone even now?
Anish Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 Crespo was class, shame Chelsea didn't appreciate him. Baros is another player I admire - he's not the hardest working player granted, but he does score goals when given a run in the team. He'd score more goals than Shevchenko has done, no doubt about that in my mind.
