PS - No Nit picking Jack
Nath Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 deffinately McAuley, followed closely by Kisnorbo, great defending all month by the pair.
foxad Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 mcauley no doubt, three goals three clean sheets
Bryn Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Deffo McCauley, superb contribution this month and the defence just looks more and more solid. Kissy in second.
filbertway Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Big MAc for me, porter kisnorbo and hendo weren't far behind though
Leicester Lass Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Only going to be one winner - Gareth McAuley
Toby or not Toby Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 kisnorbo for me, has been a better leader since mcarthy was injured than mcarthy had been all season
lcfc_jme Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 "Big" Gareth McAuley is my pick - even though Goals On Sunday on Sky Sports 1 have nominated Henderson in the player of the month awards.
Flynny Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Hard to pick this month. McAuley's scored 3 but Kisnorbo's looked better in defence. Hendo's unlucky to miss out but it's definately one of the pair. I'll go for McAuley, but only because I just flipped a coin.
Thracian Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 It had to be Porter ..... sorry, only teasing! There were only two serious contestants to me. Henderson has looked generally sound, has made some good saves, kept three clean sheets and started to throw the ball out to team-mates instead of kicking wastefully. McAuley has played his part in the clean sheets and added three goals to a priceless stack from our two centre-backs. I would have liked to give them the award jointly but, forced to choose, I'm just inclined towards Henderson who has preserved those clean sheets in sometimes difficult places with some outstanding saves.
Simi Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Henderson or McAuley. I'm going to say Henderson. He kept us in the game yesterday and looked very solid. Kicking is still poor but I think he deserved it this month.
Wezleylowski Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 definately big Gareth all the way, an absolute rock at the back and a huge threat on set peices
lookwhaticando Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 McAuley's running away with this one at the minute, I see. Three clean sheets and three goals says it all really.
holly Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 mcauley however kiso and porter were close 2nd for me
lookwhaticando Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Is it January or February? Definitely February. We've already had January.
MBK Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Henderson or McAuley. I'm going to say Henderson. He kept us in the game yesterday and looked very solid. Kicking is still poor but I think he deserved it this month. Hendo! He along Nisse is not popular but he is good.
Libertine Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Definitely February. We've already had January. Why does it say January for the poll title then?
Simon Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 I'm going for Hendo by a whisker, some world class saves keeping us in some games. Narrowly edges McAuley and then Kisnorbo for me. Why people continue to insist that we need another goalkeeper is beyond me when we have someone the quality of Hendo and then Logan. Especially when we have other problems with the team...
Basingstoke Fox Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Im the one who said th horse beaue we finally havesomestrength up front which has been vital - an 2 goals vs the covscum of course McAuley is just behnd him
