I speak to loads of people round the place and they all read Foxestalk on a daily basis - they just don't post crap up on here. Dunno how to moderate crap, apart from to say the crap makes the good, good, so without the crap would the good cease to become good?

It's a bit like LCFC I guess. Thracian and DavieG both had the fortune of witnessing old-school Leicester with plenty of quality. Todays LCFC is a far cry from those days and we probably all know we won't get those days back...same could be said about FT

Todays LCFC is a far cry from those days and we probably all know we won't get those days back...same could be said about FT to be honest i think you're thinking a bit in the telly was great in the 70's or music was best in the 60's i wasn't around when FT first started, but popped in not so long after, and i remember some right shite from the likes of daniel, w e l l m a n, muz, fruend etc. there was just less shite, then, because there was less members. there is shite now, but also some really good stuff. t'was ever thus.

Oi, Freund was a ledge You might be right, but I still think the overall quality was a bit better then. And in the case of Freund and Daniel it led to them getting banned ultimately. As Katy points out, there is a reason why some of the established members have left... Of course, they could also have left because FT just got boring after a while

It's just that FT is well.. flooded at times with threads/posts that make me wonder if this is actually the same forum as when I first joined. Maybe it's because it's become so big like you pointed out. Old regulars maybe don't want to search through several pages of drivel to find sensible threads second point: Yeah, that is kind of what I meant But like many other things on the internet, when you first discover a new site it has a novelty value which wanes with time. FT isn't any different and when the novelty wears off, other things become more interesting. But I haven't found a better place to talk about LCFC, so I'm here for the long haul as well
