Stuliasz Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 Just thought I'd forewarn you all something that has been passed on to me by our local off licence owner that was told to him by a police officer. This is that they are expecting lots of (probably organised) trouble between the two sets of fans, so there are likely to be hoards of riot police today. Unfortunately I have no details of where/when to avoid but the police officer told him to warn as many Leicester fans who were going to the game as possible so it could be quite a biggy.

Simi Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 It's a shame that some idiots are going to spoil it for the fans. I'm sure this will mean a lot of people been thrown out for next to nothing as a precaution.

joely22 Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 fook Derby pricks! If it's organised then it'll be both sets of fans. Not just one.
Kilworthfox Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 If it's organised then it'll be both sets of fans. Not just one. Not from me or anyone i know, also some of those from the north are obviously travelling hoping for a dust up if the initial post is accurate, rather than the locals who would retaliate to such a invasion of like minded people
Tommeh Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 If theres any trouble it'll be L1 side I'd presime but it would be great to see a packed out N block with everyone standing. Hope everythings ok as my 6 year old brothers going for his 1st game.
Nath Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 you always get trouble at every game, this will be no different, probably nothing will happen... when was last time something kicked off between each fans? leeds 2/3 seasons ago?

Is that the same little man at the off-license who is the reason why Leicester City have never won the FA Cup? Seriously, here's hoping for a moron-free Friday.
Sods Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 you always get trouble at every game, this will be no different, probably nothing will happen... when was last time something kicked off between each fans? leeds 2/3 seasons ago? well their has been trouble before like coventry away/ derby away but nothing that bad tbh.
Simi Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 Was there any trouble then?? As I said in the N Block thread there was next to no trouble in N but a fair few from Derby and L1 were kicked out.

Stuliasz Posted 6 April 2007 Author Posted 6 April 2007 We were forced to go inside the pub to drink today because of the hoard of 30/40 chavs that have started drinking where we drink (Robert Peel), causing problems to cars/ambulances that want to leave the hospital and generally being tw*ts.

gosfox Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 didn't see too many riot police myself maybe the man in the off-licence needs to change his informers
Master Fox Posted 6 April 2007 Posted 6 April 2007 I had bad experience when I encountered a group of depraved Derby County fans this afternoon. I read the warning on here about being extra vigilant because of suspected hooligan cells that could be terrorising fans after the game. Well I felt the full brutality of the savage Derby fans as I left the stadium. I was minding own business just strolling along in my foxes baseball cap and Le Coq Sportiff tracksuit enjoying the sunshine. I was feeling happy about my discounted purchase I had just made in the meagstore until I crossed the paths of about 1,000 Derby fans just around the back the Spar corner shop. They threw insults at me like ‘Dweeb’ and ‘Poof’ I was extremely insulted by these jibes. I said ‘I am nothing of sort and you should learn some manners’ my response was greeted with ‘shut it pansy’ and ‘Nincompoop’ I was very upset by this. So they then started shoving me around, they stole my tracksuit of my back and then to my horror they proceeded to use my newly purchased JJB white away kit from the megastore for £4.99 to wipe their anus’s with it. I was horrified, I had even got my name printed of the back of that shirt. The next thing I remember was being thrown to ground and then waking up wishing what had just happened were a nightmare. But it wasn’t, it was the terrible reality. Truly shocking.
Floating Fox Posted 7 April 2007 Posted 7 April 2007 Did anyone see the Derby fan jump the inner hoardings when they scored to cheer infront of the SKY camera which was pitchside. He was piled on by about 10 orange jackets.
