Daggers Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 See red-faced Bruce taking off his left winger in injury time while telling the ref time should be up? Where have I seen those tactics before?
London_Fox Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 YAY!!! Derby are staying down...can't believe I want Brum to do well, what's the world coming to.
Daggers Posted 22 April 2007 Author Posted 22 April 2007 Means Derby are really going to go for the win against Leeds = good Means Wolves will be going to go for the win against us rather than resting players for a guaranteed play-off slot = bad
Fez of Mahrez Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 F**KING GET IN THERE! Fantastic stuff! I think it's actually better for us if Wolves are desperate for the win. They have a long, proud tradition of f**king up.
Milky Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 what a great game that was. Brum keeper MOM, tells it all.
Mort Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 Means Derby really have to beat Leeds to be in with a shout of an automatic spot!
Daggers Posted 22 April 2007 Author Posted 22 April 2007 That ref was almost as fat as McCarthy is angry - what a cracking interview
London_Fox Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 Would you rather Derby win and go up automatically or lose and Leeds stay up?
Simi Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 Cracking game of football I thought. Wolves have a lot of players that are likely to cause us some trouble, McIndoe and Keogh looked decent today. Decent match though overall. I thought Wolves deserved something from the game but you don't always get what you deserve in football. Suppose this makes Derbys game against Leeds even more important now.
MC Prussian Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 Would you rather Derby win and go up automatically or lose and Leeds stay up? Derby can still miss out on automatic promotion and struggle in the playoffs (I'd love to see them lose against PNE) and Leeds go down at the same time. That'd be a finish to the season.
Matt Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 As far as sports results go this weekend has been awesome!
Smudge Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 What a great game: Wolves were the better team on the day, without Doyle Birmingham would have lost yesterday and against Leicester. If McIndoe, Kightly and Keogh play like that against us, we'll get stuffed. What was McCarthy's beef? The interview wasn't shown over here at the time I watched it.

"Since I've been here I don't think I've commented on referees and I don't want to get involved, but at 2-1 we have an absolute stonewall penalty. "Macca (Michael McIndoe) taking one to make it 3-1 is hugely different to being 3-2 down for the equaliser. "I am annoyed about that and I don't like it."

"Macca (Michael McIndoe) taking one to make it 3-1 is hugely different to being 3-2 down for the equaliser. "I am annoyed about that and I don't like it." It was stone wall. However the one they had was never a penalty so it evens out. Very good game of football, better than the two prem games I watched by a distance.
lookwhaticando Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 Would you rather Derby win and go up automatically or lose and Leeds stay up? A Derby win is an absolute must on the final day of the season. End of discussion.
