JoeyB Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Skittles or Starburst Vote away Was just having a bag wondered which everyone thought was better!
The People's Hero Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Gotta be skittles. Oh and the other thingies are called opal fruits.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Sour Starbursts. This man speaks the truth. Well, nearly. I thought he'd put Sour Skittles. And I'll tell you this for free, I just finished a packet of Skittles. Not Sour though.
The People's Hero Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Imagine if it was Opal Vegetables. That'd be crap. Having said that carrot cake works. And the fruit ones don't taste like fruit. Hmmm.

Remember when Asda brought out all that chocolate-covered fruit and vegetable stuff to try and trick kids into eating healthy stuff? That didn't exactly work, did it? Wankers. Jamie Oliver pissed all over that effort.
The People's Hero Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 I don't remember that, but I do remember Snaps.. or Znaps or ZnapZ or something which were chocolate covered pretzels. Or were they Flips? Or FlipZZZ? Oh who knows? What about Jolly Ranchers? The watermelon flavour was disgusting. And weren't they just a rebranded spangles? Also do you remember joosters and how they used to hide a grapefruit one in there which was the same colour as the strawberry ones. Idiots.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 I do remember Jolly Ranchers. I used to eat them because they were seen as American and therefore cool, but I didn't particularly like them. They'd have been better if they were curvier and smoother to the tongue rather than angular. Joosters were like the Opal Fruit version of Skittles weren't they...??

No one liked the watermelon one though. Joosters were like softer jelly beans. Mmmmmmm... Joosters.
Daggers Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 I like Flying Saucers - but I have the Glaswegian version where they replace the sherbet with heroin. They're grrrrrrrrrreat. No, that's Frosties isn't it. I like them too.
Daggers Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 I've just realised...this thread is a sham. It is nothing more than a pale imitation of a great biscuit thread that is currently running in GenChat. For shame.
Wezleylowski Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 i f***ING KNEW SKITTLES WOULD BE WINNING COS THEY ARE THE SPACKERS KNACKERS. COME ON GET IN ARRRRRRRRRRRRR
AoWW Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Anyone else remember Spangles? Starting to think they were just a figment of my young imagination!
Bryn Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 SOUR SKITTELS ARE YOUR BITCH You wouldn't be saying that if you'd tried the ones they get in America. They've got sugar crystals all over them, and they burn like fook. I actually think the sugar is crystallised acid. I had a massive bag on the flight back from NYC and I swear I had a small hole through my tongue. Just the thought makes my tongue burn.
