Simi Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Regardless of the result, the papers will all be about Beckham and McLaren.
lildave3 Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Fair play to Nicky Shorey. He's delayed his wedding for this. Ahh but he's not. The great thing about it is that after te game he's going back to wherever he's getting married, then getting married, spending the day with the new mrs then going back 2 the England squad. What a bloke

Bert Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Fair play to Nicky Shorey. He's delayed his wedding for this. Yeah, but saying that it's not every day you get to play Brazil at Wembley winning your first cap is it?
AyewJoking Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Friendlys are always hyped up to the max, usually a 45min-hour huild up and then Gary Linekar and Alan Hanson will laugh at how boring the first half was and say something along the lines of "We've tried to pick out some highlights for you...*Snigger*" as they usually do. Then the second half will consist of one goal, usually by the opposition at around 75 minutes and the final whistle comes too quickly for England to do anything about the situation they're in.Papers tommorow; "McClaren out!" , "Becks return sparks no luck" , "Is this what to expect from Wembley from now on?" etc Overall it'll have been a waste of 90 something minutes and we'll all be on here depressed and angry at how crap McClaren is yet again. All of us will moan at how we should have got Big Phil when we had the chance and blardy blar. Mark my words. Dont forget England blaming the poor playing surface for their defeat

Head Honcho Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 3-1 Brazil £5 at 20/1 3-1 Brazil Kaka 1st goal £2 at 100/1
lildave3 Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 There's only a few people in the world who get me excited whenever they're on the ball, and 2 of them are playing tonight. Brilliant.
Leicfox Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 How does Lampard get into the starting line-up ?? He's piss poor. Beckham though has been all over the park so far.
lildave3 Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 RonaldhinoGerrard Actually there's 3. Ronaldonho, Kaka and Robinho. Throw in Messi and C. Ronaldo and you have yourself my dream team.
lildave3 Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Why is Smith playing ahead of Crouch? A. Because he is better And B. Because Smith likes to drop deep more than Crouch.
Brainy Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Actually there's 3. Ronaldonho, Kaka and Robinho. Throw in Messi and C. Ronaldo and you have yourself my dream team. A dream team consists of eleven players, not five.
dandannieldanok Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 A. Because he is betterAnd B. Because Smith likes to drop deep more than Crouch. A. Very debateable, he has been shit so far. B. We are already getting pushed so far back, we need an outlet.
lildave3 Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 A dream team consists of eleven players, not five. Who needs the rest when you've got them?
davieG Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 A. Because he is betterAnd B. Because Smith likes to drop deep more than Crouch. So 4-5-1 then because he rarely scores anyway.
lildave3 Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 I am actually loving this. Brazil's control and passing and awareness is just so good. Loving Gerrard and Terry showing the true English style too.
dandannieldanok Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 So 4-5-1 then because he rarely scores anyway. Why 4-5-1? Is there something written in stone saying Crouch must play as a single striker?? I would have played the team McClaren is playing now im a 4-4-2 with Crouch partnering Owen.
