city1993 Posted 10 June 2007 Posted 10 June 2007 We got an easy start last season and ruined it, luton away, don't get much easier considering they weny down with only winning a handful of games, including the first game against us !! I hope for Blackpool away on the last game personally, a massive leicester festival/promotion party in blackpool, wicked !! first game will be watford home, so... maybe an omen: we got promoted last time it was watford home first game !!!

Tommeh Posted 10 June 2007 Posted 10 June 2007 Don't want a newly promoted team away as they'll be up for it in front of their home crowd. Preston / Barnsley away would be perfect repeat last seasons fantastic away days even QPR / Watford would be ok, nice day in the capital.

By the way the first midweek of the new season will be League Cup games (draw to be made this Wednesday), so if we're away on the opening day our first home league game will be on the Saturday afterwards.

Great stuff :thumbsup: I go on holiday the day after the first game of the season for 5 days and I was worried I'd miss a midweek league fixture but obviously not
