Poakey Posted 28 June 2007 Posted 28 June 2007 How good is this!I felt abit of a twat walking out of PC world with it as the box is huge,but it was well worth it.It really gives you the feeling that your playing the guitar.It may inflict some worrying stares from the wife(and even my 1 year old daughter) as i stand in front of a monitor,banging my head to Wolfmother-Woman with a bit of plastic which resembles a guitar in my hand.I think deep sdown though my wifes really impressed. I still can't play anymore than 3 colour songs though so im still sticking to easy mode at the minute.

It will be the last one made by Harmonix as Guitar Hero 3 will be by a different developer (and will most probably suck as Harmonix rule the genre). Harmonix will be working on a new game (for 360 as well) called Rock Band. GH3 will have many more songs by original artists but the confirmed soundtrack doesn't look that fun so far and it looks like Neversoft are kind of missing the point.

Poakey Posted 7 July 2007 Author Posted 7 July 2007 Just an update,I've managed to get hold of a faulty guitar of ebay for a few quid,my plan is to do an encore tommorow night maybe Sweet child o mine while my wifes in the room(hopefully the mother inlaw will be present aswell which would be a bonus)pick up the broken guitar (after playing the encore with my working guitar) and smashing the hell out of it whilst watching the expresssion on my wifes face.Gotta be worth a few quid.
