The People's Hero Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 I've been on 15 minutes today, and 45 minutes yesterday... sent an email too.No joy yet. Sums our club up. After almost a week of trying to get tickets for the Palace game, I had 2 emails which made no sense, including a request for my daytime telephone number, which had been included in all of my emails to them. I got through once on the phone but as soon as I mentioned I'd emailed, they said 'we'll get round to you' and hung up. I've written since, to the club, MM and the ticket office to show my disgust. Not expecting any response, except perhaps maybe an email asking me for my address (which I've included on all the letters). The whole ticket office is a complete joke and whoever hung up on me should be ashamed of themselves.

Even when the problem is partially solved (I need three tickets), it's because they've made a mistake! If I didn't need them she'd be having to send them back or flog them to someone else given that they've charged her £32 for two tickets she doesn't want!

I'm hoping we can all go to the back where the atmosphere is and so we can stand but I'm thinking there'll be miserable bastards there who'll want their exact seats <_< It really annoys me when they do that
