If you went on the site on tickets and travel they actually updated it. However they did not start a new article on the main homepage.

syston_fox Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 I spent 20 minutes on hold yesterday with no luck and it took my Mum an hour to get through today before finally having some success!! Hopefully will be worth it though - got my tickets for Plymouth too
