Allen on his way out or ROWING IS GOOD FOR LEICESTER

I wouldn't trust what Allen said too much in his interview on SSN. He gave us the same lines of there's nothing wrong at all, loyalty and heart on his sleeve stuff and then vanished like a genie in a bottle.

Leicester manager Martin Allen could be replaced by Brendan Rodgers, who is part of Chelsea's backroom staff. (Daily Mirror)

That was because he wanted to progress in his career. We knew when MON was in charge that someone bigger would want him and he was quoted as saying the only club he would have left for was Celtic. Maybe the top 4 as well but he left that bit out lol. Paul Ince will leave you if he does well this season too and its just a fact that you have to cope with if you are not one of the best 4 clubs in the country.

I heard this at the weekend and now the Mirror's reporting it, who has a contact close to Milan. Could be something in this. :(

Let's hope he doesn't lose to Plymouth then another sacking after this game would be verging on the ridiculous.

Wish all this would stop, this time it's Brendan Rodgers of the Chelsea back room staff :dunno:

Get well soon Clive

Bollucks, I really wish you wouldn't post this!

Agreed, apart from I can imagine Ince leaving before the end of the season if the right offer comes up. Which, after losing Allen abrupty, surprises me that we went for him.

It's just that to me when I see most managers or players interviewed they just remind of politicians towing the offcial party line and hardly ever speaking their mind. In all honesty it's only to be expected, but from Allen's body language in his SSN interview you can just see that he's not speaking his mind. "He's a very clever man and i've learnt a lot from him already" sounds a bit like a naughty school boy talking about and trying to appease his headmaster and saying anything just to stay out of trouble.

He's ambitious and got to pay the bills like the rest of us eh?
