Started work at 6am this morning after about 3 hours sleep, so not the best start to the day. But I've just finished and am about to start the short trip from Notts to Sheffield to see the Arctic Monkeys at the Don Valley followed by a night out in Seff after. Bring it on!

had a very worrying day today :unsure:

i could have sworn there was a bloke on here saying he'd just got done for drink driving for the second time with a record breathalyzer reading, and he punched the policeman and ran off .

am i losing my marbles ? :cry:

3 day weekend, we have a bank holiday on Monday for "The Queens Birthday" which I find quite amusing cause not even England have a bank holiday for that, even though it isn't even her birthday! :whistle: Let the beers roll :beer:

Just watching the "football", amazed how I have actually really got into it.

Have a lovely time in Venice - it's gorgeous... so jealous. My best tip is to just wander and try your best to get lost in the city - you'll see the best 'non-commercial' bits that way. Also, not all the restaurants alongside the Grand Canal are that expensive (less so than in St Mark's Square) - shop around and you can have a canal-side meal in a stunning location for not too much.

Good day yesterday. Met up with a few old school friends for drinks in town, one of which i hadn't seen for 15 years. Good times.
