Milky Posted 20 September 2007 Posted 20 September 2007 Well South Africa have got some work to do it they want to beat India... They only need to get 126 though to go through, so they should just make it.
Joe. Posted 20 September 2007 Posted 20 September 2007 They only need to get 126 though to go through, so they should just make it. Need 25 then if that's the case off 3 overs

Geo V Posted 21 September 2007 Posted 21 September 2007 Ive lost interest in this since England were KO`ed. Its a slug fest anyway and not proper cricket, unless we win the next event that is.

Nationwider Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 I've only watched bits and pieces of this tournament, but I've really enjoyed it. It's good to see a World Cup-style tournament done and dusted in a couple of weeks, rather than being dragged out over several months (ICC Cricket World Cup, The Neverending Rugby World Cup etc etc). The Indian batsmen were a joy to watch today - again. Brutal hitting combined with excellent manouvering of the ball in between the sixes. Watching Youvraj makes you wonder what a fully-focused Trescothick might have done in this tournament! It's not just a sloggers' game - the best players adapt, regardless of the match situation. Matthew Hayden is living proof of this. He and Adam Gilchrist excel in every format. England have bungled again selection-wise, but the format is still in its infancy at international level so there's time for improvement.... KP really should be opening the batting though.
