Surely you see that? Newells' comments and yours for that matter are unwelcome in a game that has been brought into the 21st Century by years of work on trying to banish Sexism & Racism. If the Person who applies for the job is Qualified then they are qualified, being Male or Female doesnt come into it. You need to show a little more maturity if you are to post on sensative issues.
