Ideally, how long can you forsee yourself staying committed to this club and what are your personal aspirations for the future? 3. Your transfer budget in January will be XXXXX how will you go about determining where it is to be spent and what type of players will you be looking to bring in ie young lower leaguers or foreign lesser knowns?
