Sly Posted 8 January 2008 Posted 8 January 2008 Where do you play Sly? I was the right/centre midfielder playing left back. My fault really, I did say I'd play leftback as we had no one else could. Since that game, I've lost 2 stone, got myself fitter, my hair is longer and darker and I've played a lot more competitive football all be it 5 a side.

Sorry by virtue of being the only left footed player I had to start you at left back, thats about as round pegged I could get in that position Im afraid.

I can play with both feet...does that not constitute a position somewhere other than left back? Like a wing, where I could get chalk on my boots or even do a couple of stepovers attempt to cut inside (maybe fallover) and whip the ball in for our forward to score? Sorry, I'm dreaming of bygone years again.
