Jack Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 I get the vibe from this thread people feel more superior because they sit (stand) in L1? Just because they disagree with you, when you have sat there twice.
WetFlannel Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 Oh yes because they should fell less superior to a guy who been to only 4 games and gets them free from work. Bit Harsh...
Hugo Sanchez Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 Bit Harsh... Yeah but he is slating L1 and he has only sat in there twice.
Tommy G Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 Oh yes because they should fell less superior to a guy who been to only 4 games and gets them free from work. No not at all. I think a lot of people sit there because of the banter with the away fans more than anything, in some cases even more than watching the actual game
Kilworthfox Posted 30 December 2007 Author Posted 30 December 2007 Well if you've got it, flaunt it! that's what I say!
Hugo Sanchez Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 No not at all. I think a lot of people sit there because of the banter with the away fans more than anything, in some cases even more than watching the actual game The banter with the away fans is a big part in why people go. If we just sat there for 90 mins not saying two words. Would you go ? If i had the chance to see Juve vs Barca or Colchester vs Leicester i would pick Leicester for two reason. 1. I'm a leicester fan 2. Standing up and can have a real sing song.
Kilworthfox Posted 30 December 2007 Author Posted 30 December 2007 No not at all. I think a lot of people sit there because of the banter with the away fans more than anything, in some cases even more than watching the actual game No I sit there because when I start a song I know the people around me still sing, whatever it is. Not look round and stare at me for supporting my team like what used to happen every week in the South Stand. You and anyone else on here can talk until they are blue about this block n that block, but I know that the type of person who will judge you for singing a Leicester song, are not in L or K but are in the other parts of the ground, I just cannot stand that.
Floating Fox Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 No not at all. I think a lot of people sit there because of the banter with the away fans more than anything, in some cases even more than watching the actual game Alright come of it, it's pretty obvious your a wind up, attention seeking merchant. Go & Join DannyBoy in his corner.

If it was a big part of it then why doesnt everyone surround the away fans, why isnt N block packed week in week out?? So everyone who doesnt have banter with away fans just sits there all game quiet? Do they ****.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 Alright come of it, it's pretty obvious your a wind up, attention seeking merchant. Go & Join DannyBoy in his corner. Ahhhhh sence has resumed.
Jack Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 No not at all. I think a lot of people sit there because of the banter with the away fans more than anything, in some cases even more than watching the actual game They are football fans ffs, banter with the away fans is all part of it. If they sat/stood in any other part of the ground and sang to support their team would you still give them this 'chav' or 'hooligan label, No. Basically you labelling people because they sit in L1. We are football fans and we go to support our team, not looking for fights. The thing is that winds me up the most about you saying this is that you don't even go to games.
Tommy G Posted 30 December 2007 Posted 30 December 2007 Alright come of it, it's pretty obvious your a wind up, attention seeking merchant. Go & Join DannyBoy in his corner. No you come off it. I'm expressing my opinion, isn't that what this forums all about? IF I was attention seeking would I really come on an internet forum and do it? im not that sad. Because you have 5000+ posts doesn't mean what you say is always correct, it probably means you spend too much of your life on here

Do they ****. No but without L & K there is what 22000 fans every week, What percentage of those sing like L or K do? 1% 2% 3% 4% 5% No more definitely. And they are at the top of the South Stand and possibly the top of N. Oh and I'm not even gonna go there with your N block question.

How do you know I don't go to games Sherlock? I've supported city for years and have have had seasons tickets in the past. Due to work in recent years I havent been free on saturdays? Now I am and will get one next season. Doesn't make me any less of a supporter does it

And you wonder why I think your a wind up
