WetFlannel Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 The Kop was better in the second half I thought... usually its the other way round.
Jack Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 What was their support like yesterday ? I thought their support was pretty decent considering how shite they played.
Maybes Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 I thought their support was pretty decent considering how shite they played. Yeah cov have quite a good away following.

morris1234 Posted 28 January 2008 Posted 28 January 2008 THERE WERE NO STEWARDS!! dont know if anybody on here was involved in this but they ae not in my good books. at the cov match. back row in d2, well it started with these trampy looking lads about 14 year olds 3 of them, they were chanting and i thought yeah good on them getting in to it but lads in the row in front were about 19 about 6 of them and one of them had some weird hat, so they decided to start taking it off him and throwing it everwhere hitting me, again not too bothered although it did get old. but one of the 14 yo lads carrie don doing it even though the lads threatened him. after the first half a few of the 19 yo lads moved to the back row therefore squashing me and my brother so i dug my ****ing elbows in and i wasnt moving. now my leg was hurting after i pulled it whilst running but as a true city fan i stood the whole game but like i said my leg was hurting so if you can imagine i was sort of doing stretches like calf squats are they called i dont know and then i sort of stood on the outside of my feet (right side of right foot left side of left) and the lad out of nowhere just pushed the one next to him and all the force went straight to me and i only just missed out on having my shin or ankle coming out the side of my foot. i was pissed, needless to say several mean looks later they were brickin it, me and my bro were f'in fumin! little twats, but think if my ankle had of gone, they would have struggled to get to me because of the extra people on the row, there were no stewards anywhere near d2 (in fact the closest i could see was like in e2 i think) and in the end i would have probably been held responsible for standing like that. put a big downer on a great game!
Vestan Pance Posted 28 January 2008 Posted 28 January 2008 Who do you reckon will do the most 'Ollie give us a wave' tonight? I'd go for:- Right side of Kop : 3 Left side of Kop :4 L1 : 6 Total : 13 Ollie give us a wave's, a busy night for our Manager.

What I pray for is that the team readout is not read out by a 10 year old kid or someone with a Leicester accent live on television.

lildave3 Posted 28 January 2008 Posted 28 January 2008 Atmosphere! He failed to step up to the challenge. Was impressed with his sweets though.
Bert Posted 28 January 2008 Posted 28 January 2008 He failed to step up to the challenge. Was impressed with his sweets though. We had pair drops tonight. Was the best thing about going until Big Baz popped up.
Fox You Forest Posted 28 January 2008 Posted 28 January 2008 Jobber up and down the stair's was hilarious , He got more stick than usual today.
lildave3 Posted 29 January 2008 Posted 29 January 2008 We had pair drops tonight. Was the best thing about going until Big Baz popped up. Pear drops, pfffft. We had things handed to us that were so good we didn't know the name of them. And promptly ended up in Samilktray's hood.

As i left the bus to complete my final steps to my home, i decided to put my hood up. What proceeded this was a packets worth of maom wrappers falling on my head. Thankyou for that Mr Dave. Were they maom?

It sounds familiar. I remember the advert, people of skateboards 'moaom, mooowwwaaaam.'
Samilktray Posted 29 January 2008 Posted 29 January 2008 Ill have you know im 17. I feel so naughty for getting in as a 16 year old
Raj Posted 29 January 2008 Posted 29 January 2008 Jobber up and down the stair's was hilarious , He got more stick than usual today. Fair play to Jobber. He took some stick but all in good jest and showed how to have a laugh at ones expense. Well done Big man!!!!
Uncle Albert Posted 29 January 2008 Posted 29 January 2008 I was in K1 last night, and next to Jobber and he wasnt the happiest of people when he heard someone on a drum. He even joined in with Palace fans singing 'Whos the wan*er with the drum'.
Simi Posted 29 January 2008 Posted 29 January 2008 In the Counting House before hand we got speaking to some Palace fans, they were sound as anything to be honest. Singing with them all the way down to the ground! Highlight of the night probably.
