He can't cope with a competetive team mate and only is quick when his team around him idolise him. He only gets this at Renault and he won't stay loyal to them. He has no patience.

First two races...breath of fresh air imo, thank god traction control has gone, really seperates the men from the boys, and mistakes are punished as they should be.
