Can we stop with the going down and Ollie out or similar threads.

It gets boring after every loss that 3 or 4 of these pop up and plebs seem to appear out of nowhere spouting crap.

Its only 5 days into January can everyone please wait untill he's finished in the transfer window.

He might be obsessed signing crap strikers atm but after yesterdays signing i have abit of faith and i'm still hoping the Fulop deal pulls through.

Isn't starting yet another thread that will end up being another focus for discussing whether or not we will be going down and whether IH should be booted out a little self-defeating?

From what i've seen of Howard so far he might turn out to be a pretty decent signing. I hope he doesn't do a Hume by putting the effort in but not producing the end product i.e goals. But with a decent creative midfielder and 2 wingers creating chances for him, hopefully this won't happen.

Over the last 2 games he's been our best player. Put the effort in and won almost everything in the air and nearly scored a corker against QPR.

Thankyou both. I'm pleased that other people realise that this type of thing takes time. Ollie has recognised where we are going wrong and is sorting it out.

Well I've seen very few Ollie out threads but I've seen plenty of let's bury our heads in the sand and pretendseverything is honky dory posts

And why do people say we should say we've got a devine right to this that or the other - has anyone actually said we have?

Having said that we surely have the right to expect to be doing some what better than we are and especially better than 4 home wins in a year.

PS I know which is more boring!

I am certainly not asking for Ollies head (yet) but what is starting to bother me, is that although our home form may have picked up slightly (but we did beat a side that can't win away from home), but what has kept our head above water in recent seasons our away form has dropped big style, and if we can't win at home on a regular basis and we are getting soundly beaten away from home 3-1 2-0 etc then we are starting to look like serious relegation candidates.

Especially when ollie thinks he best chance of scoring a goal is to play two big strikers and the two players who are least likely to hit a cross with any height into the box on the wings.

Fingers crossed we can get three points against the Cov scum next week and then we can all start thinking about the play offs again :P

Recent results and performances suggest otherwise. So does the league table.

Did you see the film "Bring me the head of Alfredo Garcia"?.......It took ages to get it, so best start now for Ollie's, or else the fat lady will be singing over the Walkers and Ollie will still be entrenched in his bunker apportioning blame to everyone else.

I hate it when if you want to make an opinion you get bollocked for it. If someone starts an Ollie out thread surely that's their decision, equally Ollie Out Thread haters don't have to click on the thread and be annoyed about it. There's always going to be differing opinions, and i hate it how we're arguing about who should have an opinion.
