But even under Levein and Kelly, we were able to beat them with ease. Last season they even made Geoff Horsfield and Andy Johnson look like worldbeaters! If, heaven forbid, we manage to fcuk up in this one, the prospects for Holloway and the club will NOT be good.. Problem is, WE ALWAYS beat them at The Walkers, so they're gonna at least get something from this game - I'm afraid law of averages must come into it

A decent right winger at City, no you're ok mate we haven't got any decent right wingers, although this new guy Laczko Zsolt will probably make his debut, but at last you possibly will get something from The Walkers.. I mean we never do. Mifsud is a quality player... we'll swap him for both Barry Hayles and Elvis Hammond if you want !!! Jay Tabb is possibly the reason why you're playing well at the moment, plus Birchall. Problem is we seem to have no defence or midfield at the minute, and although our strikers on paper are quality (Fryatt, Hume, Hayles, DJ Campbell, Howard), they need service. Best of luck mate, but we NEED a win too

We need to pay Saints 600k for Best , then the embargo will be lifted.

But at the end of the day Coventry (And the rest of the teams in the Football League barr Leicester) voted for a point's deduction/transfer embargo, e.t.c when Leicester were/went into administration and all I can say is what goes around comes around.

Thracian Posted 6 January 2008 Posted 6 January 2008 My sincere hope is that there's a new air of intent about City against Coventry. I have to believe we'll win - and by 2-0. Logic leaves me with all sorts of doubts but we have to make significant changes in the next three weeks so, for now, I'm simply going to accept those changes will happen. My big worry though is the goalkeeping situation. That and concern that we won't put right what is really wrong in our team and put it right with players who will genuinely take the club forward.
