As much as I would like to see Gradel on the right because he is a natural winger, couldn't see it happening though.

If we want to be pushing up the table then we really need to start playing players in their proper position. I'd rather play Hume up front in place of Hayles because if Howard is knocking the balls down, we need somebody who's got a bit of pace to run onto it.

To have an actual choice between wingers has confused me so I've not been able to decide Hume-Howard is something that might work better in theory than practice, after seeing a nice little pass Howard played that Hume ended up running into rather than onto at Southampton, mind.

Hopefully if we can get the ball out to that boy Zsolt then we can finally get some crosses into the box from the by-line and start scoring from open play. However i think they will have identified Zsolt as a trheat and may well mark him out the game, This could be a big problem for us, hense why we need wingers on either side.

Many of them are the finished article and will know what Ollie wants - no coaching required - and they will give the younger ones some on-the-job training!.
