Wycombe Fox Posted 7 January 2008 Posted 7 January 2008 Boro (a): led 3-1, drew 3-3. Boro (a): led 3-1 after 92 minutes if I remember correctly yet still threw two points away! Those were the days
DB11 Posted 7 January 2008 Posted 7 January 2008 Wants to go back into managemant unlucky whoever gets him He was the most successful LCFC manager since MON
Eastern Fox Posted 7 January 2008 Posted 7 January 2008 Boro (a): led 3-1 after 92 minutes if I remember correctly yet still threw two points away! Those were the days Anyone remember that one of Boro's goals in stoppage time was John Curtis' suicidal punt into the back of his own net? I'd take Kisnorbo and McAuley over Curtis and Rogers any day!
Simi Posted 7 January 2008 Posted 7 January 2008 If we're talking Leicester vs Boro All you need to hear is... FRANK SINCLAIR.
Micky Ruddle Posted 7 January 2008 Posted 7 January 2008 Wants to go back into managemant unlucky whoever gets him Unlucky...pfft. Good luck Micky. I'd take him back...but you know what some Leicester fans are like... I wish him good luck for the future.I really like the bloke and he done a very good job for us. Seconded Jack. Suppose we had to move on, but would love to see him back again at some point..
Alexikokopops Posted 8 January 2008 Posted 8 January 2008 He was the most successful LCFC manager since MON To be honest that's nothing to shout about. He had Taylor and Bassett to beat. He did a good job for us our Mickeh.
morris1234 Posted 8 January 2008 Author Posted 8 January 2008 Boro (a): led 3-1 after 92 minutes if I remember correctly yet still threw two points away! Those were the days i heard some crazy statistic that if the game would have been 80 minutes long wed have been in top 6!! stupid really like this season, apparently (just before the christmas period not sure about now) but fulham would be top if the game was 60 minutes!
The Stig Posted 8 January 2008 Posted 8 January 2008 He looks like a top bloke, and he's a good manager and he gets some results. However, if things start to go wrong, he doesn't seem to be able to revive a teams fortunes, maybe he's too nice? Anyway, he was a bloody good manager for us, and our idiot fans shouldn't have driven him away, if he'd had stayed we'd have done better under him than under Craig Levien or Rob Kelly.

Yeah I agree he was a bloody good manager for us at that time especially through alla the administration and la manga shite he had to deal with, he stuck with us where most would have have just up sticks and gone. Shame about his experience campaign though abit too many older players and not enough youth but at least he got us promoted which meant that we have at least seen a season of premiership footie since MON!! Not sure I'd want to see him back here though, times have changed now and it probly would be just the smae as with a player his second spell wouldn't be nowhere near as good as his 1st Wishing him good luck where ever he ends up though
Ajax Treesdown Posted 17 January 2008 Posted 17 January 2008 Having spoke to Micky's wife who I know quite well. She told me that Micky got sacked at Colchester for talking to a club without permission. Apparently it was instant dismissal. Thats why he left for no club. Poor Micky!!!
