DB11 Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 He was amazing :w00t: Bit of a Cristiano Ronaldo wannabe towards the end of the game though ! He had a good few chances to score in the first half but I found that he cut in a lot and was nowhere when the ball was played up the wing
Ozwin Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 GTFO. Don't you dare tarnish the godly performance of his.
WetFlannel Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 He was amazing :w00t: Bit of a Cristiano Ronaldo wannabe towards the end of the game though !He had a good few chances to score in the first half but I found that he cut in a lot and was nowhere when the ball was played up the wing When he done that triple stepover and he fell over, I couldnt care less... He was great to watch and made my day
DB11 Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 He also likes diving I thought Whenever he ran past his man he jumped on the floor and it got a bit repetitive. Though this was in the first half, not sure about the second!
PAULCFC Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 Went to the southampton match last saturday .How things change in a week .We we're sat in the left side of the Kop when he was attacking Cov....stepovers,decent crosses, good engine(was all over the pitch).Looking good.Hope the injury ain't to bad as i'd like to see him at the carrot crunchers
David Guiza Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 i feel sorry for any right backs who have to deal with him now also his squad number does not do him justice
WetFlannel Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 i feel sorry for any right backs who have to deal with him now also his squad number does not do him justice His squad number... today my leicester shirt cost £32 with the number 32. A miracle is on the way!
C.J Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 I think salty had an awsome game. Certainly Ronaldos hungarian cousin for sure. More of the same next week lad, also Oakley was awsome, what we needed in Midfield, even made Clem play well. And........................................Misfud, , he was rubbish!!!!!!
WetFlannel Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 He'll have the number 18 or something next week. He better not
Ozwin Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 If we sign him, which I bloody hope we do, I'm getting him on my shirt next year. I've decided. >_> God, look how much it takes to get us all excited and into a frenzy.

Thracian Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 Zsolt out Porter In. I don't think the saccasm's called for considering how much Porter's been missed this season and seeing he's got an injury that's likely to keep him out for the season. Porter was better than any alternative we tried on the left wing and I've certainly never suggested we shouldn't look for something better were they available. Bloody hell I never stopped calling for the club to get some proper wingers, both left and right and now I give thanks that at last, after four wasted seasons, we at last seem to have signed a couple of players who may be worthy of the position.
WetFlannel Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 Did anyone else see his tricks in training? Pure class...
DBEightyFive Posted 12 January 2008 Posted 12 January 2008 It's been a very long time since a player was given a standing ovation when being substituted!! To my memory anyway
Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 This is going to sound ludicrous but in his running style, his shooting technique and the way he challenges in the air whenever he can - he actually reminded me of a Championship winger version of Fernando Torres! Too good to be true surely, all downhill from here now. A hero is born.

Too good to be true surely, all downhill from here now. A hero is born. . In fairness to Laczko he was barely even fit today. He had to come off because of cramp after 70 odd minutes, so he must be pretty unfit. Imagine a fully fit Laczko (Sorry had to give that GIF another airing).
jaspal1000 Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 i must say - what a team! once dj is back and we get another defender; play offs?
Simi Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 i must say - what a team! once dj is back and we get another defender; play offs? No. Champions League. This season. Done deal. On loan.

Which is a great sign.
