Simi Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 Family stand and Kop switched.World Cup. Start a poll. Graham Poll. Multi choice poll
Legend_in_blue Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 It took all of two minutes for me to decide he was a class act. He makes one hell of a run into the box and gets his head on that ball and almost scores. And with all the eagerness he had getting there, makes the same run back and has another go. Get in there. Quality.
MC Prussian Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 L.A.C.Z.K.O.Laczko. Spell it properly! Please Time for a change then - how about Laczko's Lass (not that I'm able to look into the future )?
Blue Bob Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 I am pleased that we have got a fee agreed already for Laczko otherwise I would expect the club to up the fee on the back of a performance like we have just seen. My only worry is if he keeps putting in performances like that how long will it be before the premiership sides come with their big cheque books. I hope Mandaric is rich enough to tell them to **** off!!
Alexikokopops Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 Awesome. Surely won't be long until he scores. Good crosses, good tracking back, good cutting in and will surely improve. A fantastically savvy signing by Holloway it seems. Thoroughly deserved his standing ovation, and my man of the match, though I wouldnt go as far as Ian Ormonpop's text to me stating he wants to have his babies?Discuss Hadt hem. Not all they;'re cracked up to ne! BE BE NOT NE BAH
Kilworthfox Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 He is a good player. You notice when he does things that few of the others would attempt. I remember the dummy he played in his own half leaving the ball for Oakley. His heading ability for a winger! the only other winger I can think of who can head a ball is Ronaldo. His step overs consistently outclassing their full back his no fear attitude, he just played the game I would like to know the stat of how many crosses he got in today? 10+ He gave me the feeling that when he was on the ball there was nothing to worry about, unlike some. when in a tight spot he always found a blue shirt his work rate was very good for a player with skill, like a Ginola / Savage combo

I liked the look of this lad yesterday and all i hope is that he gets used to English football more and more and becomes a better player, we have all seen the players like Buzacky and Halmosei, so hopefully they will adapt and keep improving.

I would settle for a performance like that every week Halmosi BTW!

I hope Mandaric is rich enough to tell them to **** off!! Yeah but we have the first option, so provided we like them, they like us, it's all signed and sealed presumubly, and they have accept our offer, they cannot change that and not accept offers from anyone else unless we say we don't want them. That's how I thought first option works anyway! The way i'm seeing it is, we have Laczko and Bori here on a trial expect we can use them in competative matches (i.e - When we had them on trial before we could not play them because they were on trail we have now changed that technicality to "loan" and we can now use them in matches)
Moreton Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 A very good debut, he was unlucky to not have scored
Fox in a Box Posted 14 January 2008 Posted 14 January 2008 Good going forward in parts but left a huge hole that joe mattock had to deal with I hope Holloway noticed it.
Babylon Posted 14 January 2008 Posted 14 January 2008 Good going forward in parts but left a huge hole that joe mattock had to deal with I hope Holloway noticed it. I actually thought he and Bori did excellently tracking back when they had to. Against a quick counter attacking team it could expose us. At times we had the two strikers and both wingers in the box.... not said that for about 5 years
Koke Posted 14 January 2008 Posted 14 January 2008 When was the last time we had wingers making runs into the box? It has been virtually non-existent for the past 3 or 4 years or so.

At times we had the two strikers and both wingers in the box.... not said that for about 5 years It was refreshing to see. We've had wingers who have drifted inside a lot over the past couple of years but none of them were making an Eighties Matchbox B-Line for the box quite like Laczko and Bori both were on Saturday. They kept popping up on each others wings but were still tracking back on their own wings within seconds. Once they are both fully fit they should be fantastic. Bori will get a few goals this season I reckon. They both had about six shots each.

The People's Hero Posted 14 January 2008 Posted 14 January 2008 Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa. What are their stats on football manager?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 14 January 2008 Posted 14 January 2008 Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa. What are their stats on football manager? I edited him according to his performance on Saturday and he got 7 goals in his first 3 games. Forgot that report. Suffice to say we were brilliant as you can see on here.
AyewJoking Posted 14 January 2008 Posted 14 January 2008 Name and number added to my shirt. Watch the bastard change to number 11 next season.
