Howard looks good, Hayles a handful and Fryatt flatters to deceive whilst DJ is the big money signing with something to prove and we havent even mentioned the likes of gangsta lean Sappleton.

Collymore Posted 24 January 2008 Posted 24 January 2008 I wentfor DJ - A striker's main job is getting the ball in the back of the net so i'll go off that. Fryatt is the most naturally gifted forward we have in the sense of football but doesn't posses the speed and strength to get through on goal (look at Owen and shevchenko since they lost their pace). Bear in mind I have limited viewings of howard i'd say DJ. I believe he would score the most goals in a season if he stayed fit, mainly down to pace and self belief.

Came on against Cov and scored, came on against Norwich and almost scored. Howard not impressed me yet. All other strikers had lots of time to shine and not come up with the goods, goal-wise.
