Smiffy Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 have we even had a shot OFF target? I think we had a header or two that almost hit the corner flag
EXILEDFOX Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Since when did the BBC allow their commentators to poke fun at overweight people !!!
onetruefox Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Since when the BBC allow their commentators to poke fun at overweight people !!! Missed that one, what was said?
EXILEDFOX Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Missed that one, what was said? Talking about Jobber ! They were on about a guy with no t-shirt on, and Piper said he is at every game - Barber said "not that guy (Jobber) , hes about a quarter of his size, you would see that guy from space" Public dressing down for a guy who supports his team - so what he had tattoos and he is large - doesnt mean that Barber should diss him on the BBC.
melrose Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 um, don't you have a radio, then?RL - http://matchlive.safc.premiumtv.co.uk/mlex...lubid=undefined the reception is just about audible (sometimes), alot of background noise, i must be on their limit. praps i need a posher radio, one without valves! thanks for your help tho.
lee7 Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 should make two changes at half time after the sh*t first half. bori for hume and campbell for lackzo but put hayles on the wing and campbell upfront.
acooling08 Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 what is happening? why are we playing sh*t. What happened to the speed, passion, quality of the cov game? Its all hit high, long and hope. always scrappy play. 7 points out of an available 9 is good but we are playing poorly and the point against norwich and win against palace weren't really deserved. Looks like the new improved ollie side will be as bollo*ks as before.
Bluemoon Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 I have tried to say Holloway plays the long ball game, not the attractive football rumoured. We,ve a tough run in.

lee7 Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 besides, from what i've heard, a lot of people at the games can't stand that fellow. who barber or jobber.

What if he had said "no that guy the other one, you know the one with really black skin who you cant see in the dark""" --- different story then.... why ? BBC should not allow that, Jobber did an interview in the match day mag, saying that he knows what people must think of him - seemed like a decent guy - doesnt deserve to be called fat - a good supporter ....
Unit Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 come on, he was having a laugh, it's not like he said 'fu(k me, that guys disgusting, his fatness is a disgrace and he makes me puke', he just pointed out that he's a big lad...besides, from what i've heard, a lot of people at the games can't stand that fellow. And if he's willing to take his top off he's hardly ashamed and obviously enjoys the attention.

Matt Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 I'm trying to see a positive...We seem more of a second half team, We'll come out in this half play poor, but hammer then 5-1!
MC Prussian Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 I'm trying to see a positive...We seem more of a second half team, We'll come out in this half play poor, but hammer then 5-1! Wishful thinking - but I'm still hoping for a win, too!

Jonezy Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Chambers for Mattock, and DJ for Laczko... Chambers left back and Hayles left wing, we are still stuggling with the square pegs in round holes thingy aren't we..... Come on, get going guys!!!!!!
Simi Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Chambers for Mattock, and DJ for Laczko... Chambers left back and Hayles left wing, we are still stuggling with the square pegs in round holes thingy aren't we.....Come on, get going guys!!!!!!
MC Prussian Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 What subs have we made? Campbell and Hayles on for Mattock & Laczko.
maddog Posted 2 February 2008 Posted 2 February 2008 Is Hume playing right wing again? I hope not he was awful against Palace and has been poor all season apart from the odd game. Ollie should just play players in their right positions. Chambers left back we just signed Clapham Hayles and Hume on wings when we have Bori and Zsolt Clapham said on radio Leicester he can play left mid too Im not at the game obviously so i don't really know whats going on, but why keep moaning about square pegs in round holes then put square pegs in when you could stick with the round pegs
