Then certain things got in the way etc and nothing came of it. yes yes im still going on about this. I still have feelings for her, need to get rid!!!, how? techniques anyone? I know, i know, its SAD to post this sort of thing on a message board and i should make my own decisions and make my own mistakes etc. Has anyone else been/in the same situation that might be able to help? If they closed your favourite pub you might be devastated and have deep regrets. But would it stop you drinking or would you find another?

Bert she really isnt a munter!! shes the most amazing person iv ever met, shes pretty and funy, and always cheers me up when im down. Her name is Becki and she is B= beautiful E-Exciting C- Caring K-kind I- Incredible. I would actually go through all the shit again just to have that moment with her one more time. Who knows... one day you might meet up again and everything will be perfect - but you can't spend your life waiting for 'what might be's'. If it's meant to happen, it will work out - hand it over to fate and step back. It's hard, I know, but I think maybe you do need to cut the ties... trying to be 'friends' is just screwing with your head and stopping you from moving on. Maybe one day you can go back to that - but not now. Just my opinion, mind...

Honestly tell her what you really feel because you clearly want her as more than a mate. If she chooses not to take it then move on, you must have other friends and people to spend time with. There's no need for you to lose her forever, but just say how you feel and leave it there. Don't be scared of doing it. It's never ever ever ever good to be in "the friends zone" with a girl you like. And if you did go it might even change how she feels about you. Crying on your shoulder about relationships clearly can't be good for you especially as she'll be asking your advice as a mate when you probably want her to be single so she can get with you. Think things through mate, but try not to dwell!

So i said that i wanted to drop off for a while and not talk for a bit, and just leave it for a while. She didnt take it well that really hurt.

I turned down some bloke once (yeah, I know, hard to believe...) who actually did ask my sister out, and he actually did tell her that he thought she looked like me, and that was the reason for him asking.
