This mask idea has made me want to go to the game now. Tickets are still widely available right?

The OS would tell you otherwise. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Id like to point out that due to Health and Safety reasons mask wearing at The Walkers Stadium is prohibited.

Anyone wearing one will be severly repremanded.

Don't mask your feelings over Ollie, fans are told by Andy Mann

Plymouth fans could come face to face with hundreds of Ian Holloways as “Ollie's Army” show their backing for the Leicester City manager.

More than 1,500 Plymouth supporters, still angry at Holloway's move to City in November, are expected to travel to the Walkers Stadium to express their feelings during Saturday's Championship game.

However, City supporters are ready to back their boss by wearing Holloway masks to the game.

The masks are the work of the City internet messageboard Bentley's Roof.

Rob McCoy, Bentley's Roof moderator, said: “There have been suggestions that some Plymouth fans have had professional banners made expressing their displeasure at Ian Holloway's decision to join Leicester City.

“Bentley's Roof thought it would be a bit of fun it we reminded the Plymouth fans that Ollie is our manager.

“As some Plymouth fans have said they are desperate to see Ollie and tell him how they feel, we thought it would be a nice gesture if they see maybe a few hundred Ollies, thousands would be better, all in the crowd.

“In recent weeks, we have seen a different Leicester side playing with passion and that is partly down to Ian Holloway.

“With Plymouth visiting, it would be a great time for the Leicester fans to show our appreciation to Ollie and have a bit of a laugh at the same time.”

Holloway said of the plan: “It should be good, healthy banter.”

Gerald Taylor, editor of the Plymouth internet fanzine rubofthegreens.com, said the away following would be boosted by the circumstances surrounding Holloway's departure.

“In terms of the Argyle fans, they certainly haven't forgiven or forgotten Ian Holloway,” said Taylor. “Lots of supporters are going up there - the attendance will be boosted because of Ian Holloway.

“I still feel really strongly about the whole thing.

“He told the fans he loved Plymouth Argyle, loved the place and the city, and then he was gone to Leicester.

“He made it worse by coming after David Norris and Barry Hayles, then he wasn't after them, and then Hayles went.”

Taylor added: “I don't think it's going to be a classic, in terms of football. Both teams really need the points. Leicester want to pull away from the relegation places and Plymouth are bottom of the form league. We urgently need points to try to keep in touch with the play-offs.”

Meanwhile, Holloway has handed exciting young winger Max Gradel a new three-year deal. The 20-year-old Academy graduate has yet to play for City but has scored six goals during 23 games on loan at League One Bournemouth this season.

Just wondering if any Argyle fans will have the names of the players who have left on the back of their shirts on Saturday?

Look out for the massive Cornish Argyle lad, about 25 stone and will spend most of the first half getting up the stairs and stopping off at the burger bars. ;0) :bounce:
