Question is, would you enjoy such activites ?

I've never tried. It might be very pleasant. Besides, it can't be that bad giving. Receiveng is a non-starter though.

:o

Not helping myself am I?

Its quite alright. Because, on thinking of the nature of such a relationship in further detail, I'm pretty sure I'm not ready myself.

so, you support plymouth do you?

Its a fair cop - but its still true. I always felt uncomfortable that what appeared to be a buffoonish simpleton was running our club - then I saw "Being There" and thought Christ, thats happening to us

when we do need a new manager I'd go for the S****horpe manager, doing a great job and seems to be a good man motivator keeping his players stress free by simply saying to them repeatedly "you have the best job in the world... to play football every day, just go and push yourself to be the best you possibly can". Simple approach but amazingly effective

Given that S****horpe are second from bottom with the worst goal difference in the league I guess you're being sarcastic. Right?

Adkins has done a great job at S****horpe in fairness. Winning that title last season, and even being in this league, is for Scunny, a massive overachievement, comparable to ourselves winning trophies under Martin O'Neill.

We need to stay up first Ched and then have a hard long look at what way we should go in the summer. We go down and i believe that could lead to Milan fooking off and going into admin.

Staying up is the key.

Don't be daft, Milan has made a significant investment into the club, he'd make a huge loss if he sells out after getting relegated. He's stuck with us until he's made some sort of success with us.

I'm as baffled and frustrated at Ollie's squad selections, pet players, bizarre substitutions and clueless tactics over the past 3 games as any one, but, sacking him right now is terribly premature. That kind of disruption and uncertainty is the very last thing this club needs right now.

That said, I'm waiting with interest to see what he does over the next few games. If he insists on playing Hume on the right wing and insists on playing Hayles (in any circumstances, apart from as a last ditch sub) then it's going to leave me with no option but to think the man a tactical idiot.

I can't be arsed to read 6 pages of this bullshit and somebody might have said this already, but don't you find it suspicious that someone who's only joined today is starting threads to get Ollie sacked?

Holloway didn't seem the same at all last night compared to what he was like last season. Even this season when he was with us he didn't seem the same character, moaning a lot, always glum faced etc.

We played good football last season under Holloway, he knows how to play it and isn't just a hoofball specialist. The only thing we really questioned when he was here was his substitutions and tactics, which were very questionable last night.

You would be silly to sack him this season, I don't think you will go down, I have seen a lot worse this season. You would do best to give him the summer to bring in more of his own players (the January window is full of inflated prices and panic buys), and then see what he does from there.

(Of course, I would love to see him sacked and end up manager of Rushden, but I have nothing against your club and fans, only Holloway himself).

No it's not getting worse, it's the same it has been for the last 4 years.

If you think another change of manager is what we need then god help us.

I may be wrong but I cannot remember you ever wanting to change manager.

And yet we've appointed a succession of managers who seem to believe that no club can function without a fair share of slow, past-it professionals.

When are we going to get someone who believes in pace, in real 90-minute energy and in attacking with numbers?

Cos I just want to see someone prove that fast, all-attack, all-defend football works.

I've lost a lot of faith in Holloway and for a dozen reasons I could list but won't.

But does that mean Holloway should go? I don't know and I don't care. I don't like upheaval and I mentioned in Levein and Kelly's time that I didn't mind them managing so long as they learned from their mistakes and start doing the things needed to win football matches consistently.

Neither did. We'll see if Holloway proves more adaptable. But he's got no choice really.

Our team needs more pace, more people going forward, more creativity and more goals. I don't give a toss how he delivers those things but if he doesn't deliver he'll go the way of the other two and we'll almost certainly get flushed down the pan.

Oh fook off. How have various mods and admins let this get to six pages long?

Holloway has a proven track record of working on little resources. If you want testament of that, look how pissed off the Plymouth fans are that he's gone. This club needs stability and time to mend and signings like Oakley, Zsolt and Bori display more steps "in the right direction" in the transfer market than we've made in four years.

I'm not saying Holloway is God or that he's certainly getting us promoted, but give him some fooking time. Jesus christ. I swear the internet is populated 95% by total and utter fooking retards.
