Also all tho i am thousands of k's away from you plebs we are looking at the same sky just at different times so is it really a big world our and we are just small specks on the universe and we must enjoy it all. I hadn't seen my mates from high school for 3 years and i miss them and it got me thinking how short every aspect of life really is and we must take time to enjoy the little thingd like a cold wintery nights sky lieing on ya front lwan in ya jocks. As we are all in this together.

Roo time for a beer i think

Seems to be as if you were on the beer well before you posted this :giggle:

You see I sponsored you?

My brother-in-law-to-be is running it this year as well. Although after going for a 4 mile run last night and being totally shattered by the end I have no idea how you do it! Fair play.

I did notice, and I think I thanked you earlier in the thread...at least I remember something of the sort. But in case it's just my imagination and all that, thank you again. You have put me under some pressure though...

I remember the days when a 4 mile run was a "long one". I don't know how I am doing it, I just am. Mind over matter and all that jive!

I exercise between March and Mid September, in an attempt to look ok on the beach when I go away. Once the holiday is finished I eat shit and play my xbox until March again.

I'm sad to say I have one day left of excess and it's back to pounding the pavement.
