syston_fox Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 Hull 1 - 2 Leicester This was the last time that we came from behind to win a league game
MC Prussian Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 and a happy next few years.... ... in League One.
Bezzanator89 Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 That's the kind of statistic that we don't need. All that does is remind us how crap we are these days.
syston_fox Posted 23 February 2008 Author Posted 23 February 2008 That's the kind of statistic that we don't need. All that does is remind us how crap we are these days. And the 90 minutes today didnt remind you enough?
Bezzanator89 Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 I didn't go, based on the scoreline and the aftermath, I'm glad I didn't. Still, the Championship highlights (if any!) will show the true extent of the crapness that City apparantly possess.
dandannieldanok Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 Hull 1 - 2 LeicesterThis was the last time that we came from behind to win a league game What a goal Gareth Williams scored in that game, why on earth did we just let him go for a measly £200k.
Bezzanator89 Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 Because Leicester City will take whatever money they can get...and the club who bought him are cheapskates!
Floating Fox Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 Still, the Championship highlights (if any!) will show the true extent of the crapness that City apparantly possess. No they won't. They will show the two goals, and thats it.
Jimmy Posted 23 February 2008 Posted 23 February 2008 What a goal Gareth Williams scored in that game, why on earth did we just let him go for a measly £200k. because he was out of contract and wanted to go, plus he got more abuse from fans then he actually deserved
accessory Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 because he was out of contract and wanted to go, plus he got more abuse from fans then he actually deserved Really? He played one good game followed by six crap ones. Thus setting the trend for the current batch of overpaid midfield wasters...
Jimmy Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 Really? He played one good game followed by six crap ones. Thus setting the trend for the current batch of overpaid midfield wasters... yes really, the abuse he had was very little to do with how he played and was more to do with him being signed from Forest as Stephen Hughes played just as badly but didn't get the abuse until Williams left
syston_fox Posted 24 February 2008 Author Posted 24 February 2008 yes really, the abuse he had was very little to do with how he played and was more to do with him being signed from Forest as Stephen Hughes played just as badly but didn't get the abuse until Williams left Utter Bollocks!!! Did anybody here care that he was signed from Forest?
Jimmy Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 Utter Bollocks!!! Did anybody here care that he was signed from Forest? apparently a lot of people did seeing as I heard most people that were slating him around me mention that

sdb Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 What a goal Gareth Williams scored in that game, why on earth did we just let him go for a measly £200k. 'cause he was worth about £50k???!!
Maybes Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 Hull 1 - 2 LeicesterThis was the last time that we came from behind to win a league game OMG. I do hope you are wrong. That is just sickening. No wonder everytime we go behind I say to Bert " we ain't going to win " .....oh so true.
DB11 Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 When was the last time we came from behind to get any points???
Maybes Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 When was the last time we came from behind to get any points??? Burnley away. Tuesday 4th December. 1-0 down at half time. Bagged an equaliser in the second period.
Simi Posted 24 February 2008 Posted 24 February 2008 It all comes down to the attitude that you approach the game with I feel. If you go into a game with a containing and slow tempo mind set, you're setting yourself up for a beating before you've even started. In an ideal world, we'd be going at teams live Coventry positively and effectively. Instead, we seem timid in attack and absolutely gutless when we're not on the ball. I'm not surprised looking at that stat to be honest, we seem to crumble any time a goal goes in against us and have no Plan B. Unless we're playing Chelsea that is.
syston_fox Posted 24 February 2008 Author Posted 24 February 2008 apparently a lot of people did seeing as I heard most people that were slating him around me mention that You must be sitting in a very anti forest bit because I never heard anyone complain about the fact he played for them in any home or away game! As long as they try their best for us who cares who they used to play for?
