General Smuts Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 What time is this thing? 1pm which means ill miss the first half. Don't finish work till 1.
syston_fox Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 1pm which means ill miss the first half. Don't finish work till 1. Thought it was earlier than that so we would be in the pub for kick off of the FA cup final.
General Smuts Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 Thought it was earlier than that so we would be in the pub for kick off of the FA cup final. 3pm KO for the FA Cup im assuming so 1pm is fine, 1hr 30 mins plus a bit of HT and the 2 second walk to the pub. And then id get to play at least a friggin half!
syston_fox Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 And then id get to play at least a friggin half! Well gotta give the U21s a chance dont we.... take that whichever way you want
General Smuts Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 Well gotta give the U21s a chance dont we.... take that whichever way you want I choose to take it as a compliment
syston_fox Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 I choose to take it as a compliment Do we actually have a full squad with all the dropouts and all that?
General Smuts Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 Do we actually have a full squad with all the dropouts and all that? Mablo put it up a few pages back. I know Fez is definately not playing cos hes at the FA Cup, other than that who else has dropped out?

Bert Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 1pm which means ill miss the first half. Don't finish work till 1. Thought it was 12pm?
General Smuts Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 Thought it was 12pm? Then ill miss most of the game. Shitballs. Can we not move it to half 12?
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 May 2008 Author Posted 7 May 2008 Then ill miss most of the game. Shitballs. Can we not move it to half 12? 12.30 means 2.15 finish if everyone is alright with that. Going to book it today and send the cheque of tomorrow.

Did a lot of posts get deleted last night or something? I'm sure i replied to this. Again ... Thanks if this does happen. 45 mins to change, get nets, and walk 20 feet to the pub should be ample.
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 May 2008 Author Posted 7 May 2008 Hi Stuart I'm sorry there are no pitches throughout the city as all posts have been taken down and marking out has ceased, to allow preparation for the next season. Perhaps you could try St Margarets all weather pitches. Regards Fuk <_<
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 St Maggies it is then... Thats only a short hop to my local, The Blackbird, where we can watch the game....
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 May 2008 Author Posted 7 May 2008 St Maggies it is then... Thats only a short hop to my local, The Blackbird, where we can watch the game.... How far is St Margarets for the City Center?
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 How far is St Margarets for the City Center? 5 minute walk, if that... Not a bad surface, the ball tends to bounce 100 miles high tho, making it tough for centre halves... we played a couple of friendlies there last season...

Bert Posted 7 May 2008 Posted 7 May 2008 I know Hockley Farm In Braunstone has goals up throughout the year. Could none of the FTer's who have teams not sort out posts?
