Either way it's shite, and I am so hoping that competition law is featured heavily.Land was ok, mostly statute. Tort - if only they had three questions on trespass to air space....... Hah, fortunately competition law is an elective next year so we don't go that far in EC; merely principles + free movement of goods/workers Tort isn't until the end of th emonth so i'm not worrying about it at the moment, although i'm slightlty concerned i'm only prepared for 2/3 areas when we need answer 4! Land is strange, i got a good coursework mark and i actually enjoy it while everyone else seems to hate the life out of it? Our coursework was on the LRA2002 so it's not going to feature solely in the exam, so sh1t load of cases to remember we shall see... good luck on whichever you've yet to do
